Request account deletion

This section provides information about deleting your CLOUDWORK|PRO account. Please note that deleting your account is irreversible.

To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@cloudworkpro.com with the following information:

  • Subject: Requesting Account Deletion – {YOUR NAME HERE}
  • Body of email:

    • I, {FULL NAME}, have decided not to use my CLOUDWORK|PRO account anymore, therefore, I would like to request the deletion of my account and removal of personal data from your systems. I would also appreciate if you can send me a confirmation once the deletion of my account and data is complete.

      Please send the confirmation of deletion to {ALTERNATE EMAIL}.

Upon receiving your request, we will:

  • Permanently remove all of your personal information from our systems.

  • Delete your CLOUDWORK|PRO account.

  • Send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Important Note:

  • We will retain certain data for legal and security purposes, including but not limited to:

    • Data required by law to be retained.

    • Data related to past transactions and activity.

  • Deleting your account may affect your access to any content or data you have previously saved.
