Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Sales at CloudworkPro, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a background in IT Field Services who can leverage their industry expertise, network, and leadership skills to lead our sales team to new heights. The ideal candidate will bring a robust rolodex of prospective clients, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a passion for building and motivating high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to foster individual and team success.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, leveraging your industry network to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Performance Optimization: Implement best practices, processes, and tools to optimize sales performance and efficiency. Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including new verticals, geographies, and customer segments. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s market presence and revenue streams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment and synergy across functions. Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the IT Field Services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of contacts within the IT Field Services ecosystem.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Experience implementing and leveraging state-of-the art AI driven digital sales tools.
