1. Open the Technician Coverage Tool
- The technician coverage tool is used to see which technicians cover a specific area for a specific type of work.
- It helps you quickly understand technician availability and coverage in Cloudwork|PRO.
2. Choose a Technician Type of Work and Location
- Click the Technician button on the left-hand side.
- Select the type of work you want to check, such as Networking.
- Enter either:
- a city and state, or
- a specific address.
- Example used in the demo: Atlanta.
3. Review the Technician List and Map Results
- The platform shows all technicians near the selected location who have the chosen type of work listed.
- The technician list is sorted by distance from the center of the city.
- If you enter a specific address, the list is sorted by distance from that address.
- The map below shows where those technicians are located relative to the selected area or address.
- You can click a technician icon on the map to open a preview of that technician’s profile.
4. Use the Map View to See Broader Coverage
- You can also view coverage from the map icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select the same type of work again, such as Networking.
- This view shows all technicians in the system who have that work type listed.
- You can then drill into a specific area, such as Atlanta, to narrow the results.
- This helps you see technician coverage across the platform and within a chosen region.
5. Use the Tool to Confirm Coverage
- The technician coverage tool is a quick way to verify coverage in Cloudwork|PRO.
- Use it whenever you need to check whether technicians are available for a certain work type in a specific area.
