Steps
1. Open your profile settings
- In the upper-right corner of the platform, click your profile icon.
- Select Settings from the menu.
2. Go to the Notifications section
- In Settings, click Notifications.
- This page shows all available platform notifications you can control.
3. Choose how you want to receive alerts
- Notifications can be delivered by email or text message.
- Text notifications are available if you have a cell phone number saved in your profile.
4. Turn notifications on or off
- Use the toggle buttons next to each notification type to enable or disable them.
- Click a toggle once to turn it off.
- Click it again to turn it on.
5. Customize which platform events trigger alerts
- You can choose which events matter to you.
- Examples mentioned include:
- Technicians logging on to sites
- Technicians logging off of sites
- Technicians applying
- Project managers can enable only the notifications they want to receive.
6. Confirm your notification preferences
- Review your selected toggles to make sure they match your preferences.
- Changes take effect by simply switching the toggles on or off.
